The department administers zoning, signage, subdivision, watershed, and floodplain ordinances and maintains the Town's GIS.

Code Enforcement investigates concerns about zoning, property maintenance, signage, and nuisance conditions. Most cases open with a report and a courtesy notice before any citation.
Report
How to report a concern.
Use the Report a Concern form for issues such as overgrown lots, junked vehicles, unpermitted signage, or property maintenance violations. Provide the address and a short description — photos are helpful but not required. Staff typically respond within 3–5 business days.
